Dr. Eman Ragab Nofal is an associate professor and currently the Head of Information Management Department and at the Research Institute for Groundwater, National Water Research Center. Dr. Eman has more than 18 years of working experience in hydrogeology, water resources management, groundwater management, numerical modelling, climate change impacts, aquifer storage and recovery, aquifer exploration and sustainability of water uses and demands across sectors. She has been the team leader of many national and international research projects. She holds a Ph.D. and a Masters in Civil Engineering (water resources planning and management) from Irrigation and Hydraulics Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University and Bachelor’s degree in Irrigation and Water Work Structures, Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University. She has a number of well cited publications in water resources management. She is a member of many national and international committees.
