During his career which spans over more than forty five years, his work with UN organizations and Regional Institutions spans a period of more than forty years in developing countries. He have been working independently with people of diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds. This offered opportunities and experience of working in a multicultural environment and allowed him to deal with high level executives and officials from governments, international organizations, IGOs,NGOs and other UN bodies.
He was in-charge of the Hydromet Survey project offices at Masindi and Soroti (Uganda), Kisumu, Nairobi (Kenya) and Mwanza (Tanzania). He was also providing technical support to the regional offices of the National Hydrological Services of these countries
