The Second Main High-Level Event “Policy Dialogues in Water Scarce Countries for Achieving SGDs”

• CWW 2022 will host the second main High-Level Event “Policy Dialogues in Water Scarce Countries for Achieving SGDs”; the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt included CWW 2021 and the upcoming CWW 2022 within the global framework of the preparatory events for the 2023 Mid-term Review Conference.
Accordingly, the Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MWRI) organized a high-level event during CWW 2021, which witnessed broad participation from governments, international organizations, and water seniors. Consequently, MWRI is planning to organize the second main high-level event during CWW 2022. These two high-level events aim to develop the contribution of water scare countries’ messages to be submitted to the U.N.
