A Call to Water and Climate Leaders to Host Their Events:
We warmly invite water and climate organizations, as well as anyone engaged in water and climate issues, to take the lead in organizing a session or activity at Cairo Water Week 2025. This premier event offers a dynamic platform to connect with a global network of experts and stakeholders, sparking meaningful dialogue and fresh perspectives. Convener registration opened on May 20, 2025, with various halls and rooms available at competitive rates to support impactful and successful events.
The mentioned fees are for one session (1.5 hours) which include:
- A computer, a projector, a screen, 2 microphones, and assistance staff
- Logo on Website/ publications
- One coffee break
- Interpretation and Zoom links could be provided with extra fees
- Complementary guest passes as follows:
- 50 pax: one fee waiver
- 100 pax: two fee waivers
- 200 pax: three fee waivers

Cancellation Policy:
It is much appreciated if you upload a copy of the bank transfer within three weeks. Please take note of the following payment and cancellation terms:
– If payment is not received within three weeks, the session(s) will be canceled.
– In case your organization cancels the session(s) from 1st September to 1st of October, 50% of the cancelled session(s) will be reimbursed.
– If the cancellation occurs after 1st October, no reimbursement will be provided.
