Room Description:
The Louvre 4 meeting room is available for booking at the conference venue, offering a private and practical setting for partner discussions, media briefings, team meetings, and other professional engagements.
The room accommodates up to 15 people and includes complimentary tea and coffee.
Whether you are meeting with partners, coordinating with your team, or hosting a focused discussion during the Week, Louvre 4 provides a comfortable space within the conference environment.

Booking Fee:
The booking fee is USD 300 per 30-minute time slot. This fee includes the use of the room and the tea/coffee service.
Payment Terms:
- Full payment must be received within 14 days (two weeks) of booking confirmation.
- If payment is not completed within this period, the booking will be cancelled automatically.
- The reserved slot will then become available for other interested parties.
Room Equipment and Services:
- The room does not provide a sound system, microphones, or presentation screen.
- Any additional equipment required by the user, beyond what is provided in the room, must be arranged separately and will be subject to additional fees. Provision of such equipment is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance.
General Provisions:
- Bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by the event organizers.
- All users are expected to leave the room in the condition it was found.
Lunch-Time Slots:
Meeting room bookings that fall within standard lunch hours will not include lunch service within the room. Users are kindly advised to make independent arrangements for their lunch outside the meeting room during those time slots.
