Welcome to Cairo Water Week Registration
To complete your registration, please fill out the registration form and attach proof of payment (such as a bank transfer copy or payment receipt). Once your submission is reviewed and the payment is verified, the Registration Team will process your request. Your registration ID will be sent to you once it has been issued. This ID will be required for any event-related procedures.

Cancellation Policy
Participants are kindly requested to upload a copy of the bank transfer within three (3) weeks of completing their registration.
Please note the following payment and cancellation terms:
- If payment is not received within three (3) weeks, the registration will be automatically cancelled.
- Cancellations made between 1 September and 1 October will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees.
- Cancellations made after 15 October will not be eligible for any refund.
