The mentioned fees are for one session (1.5 hours) which include:
- A computer, a projector, a screen, 2 microphones, and assistance staff
- Logo on Website/ publications
- One coffee break
- Interpretation and Zoom links could be provided with extra fees
- Complementary guest passes as follows:
- 50 pax: two fee waiver
- 100 pax: four fee waivers
- 200 pax: six fee waivers

Cancellation Policy:
It is much appreciated if you upload a copy of the bank transfer within three weeks. Please take note of the following payment and cancellation terms:
– If payment is not received within three weeks, the session(s) will be canceled.
– In case your organization cancels the session(s) from 1st September to 1st of October, 50% of the cancelled session(s) will be reimbursed.
– If the cancellation occurs after 15th October, no reimbursement will be provided.
